Recently, fintech company Digital Asset will launch the Canton Network, a privacy-enabled interoperable blockchain network designed to provide a decentralized infrastructure for institutional clients.
The network connects applications built using Digital Asset's smart contract language, Daml, allowing various systems in the financial markets to interoperate and synchronize.
Other participants in the network are said to include companies such as BNP Paribas (BNP), Deloitte, Chicago Board Options Exchange Global Markets (CBOE), Goldman Sachs, Broadridge, S&P Global and Microsoft.
